Position: Insert mouth retractor and dry teeth thoroughly with soft gauze.

Apply: Attach the curved tip, then apply a thick, even coat of gum barrier around 4 upper right teeth.

Cure: Harden the barrier with an LED light for 20 seconds.

Repeat: Move to the upper left, then both lower sections -always curing each section for 20 seconds.

Proceed: Begin teeth whitening treatment with confidence.

Finish: At the end of your whitening treatment, gently remove the gum barrier using a micro-brush.
